Coffee beans, which are fruits of coffee trees,
are grown in tropical climate in Equator zone.
Coffee beans are of two types: ARABICA and ROBUSTA. The 75% of the coffee produced in the
world is ARABICA. ARABICA is processed as
higher quality “gourmet” coffee, while ROBUSTA is
generally processed to be sold in markets.
John’s Coffee only processed ARABICA coffee
beans. Coffee industry falls into two groups,
named as GOURMET and MARKET coffee.
The coffee beans picked from ARABICA trees are
more expensive, since they are picked from
these trees by hand, but not by machine.
