

Preparing;
• Pour clean water into the bottom section of the instrument (105-110 cl.)
• Place espresso powder in “filter section” (21 gram)
• For one cup, we recommend 7 grams coffee with 35-40 cl. water.
• Unite the two sections carefully and tightly by screwing the top into the bottom.
• Place “Mocha Express” onto a flame or hot plate.
• As soon as it starts to steam out of the tiny hole on side bottom, take “mocha express” off the heat.
• Through the pipe on the bottom of “filter section”, water rises into the upper section where it meets the coffee. Your coffee is ready, enjoy!
